Affiliate Disclosure

Short version: this site is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our pages, we may earn a commission from the retailer — at no extra cost to you. That's how the site pays for itself.

What that means in practice

• Product links on this site (like "Check price" buttons) are affiliate links. Clicking one and buying the product earns us a small percentage of the sale.
• You pay the same price either way. The commission comes out of the retailer's pocket, not yours.
• It does not change what we recommend. Products are picked based on research and hands-on testing — including the robot mower the site's owner actually uses on his own lawn — not on which retailer pays the most.

Programs we participate in

Depending on the product, our affiliate links may go through one of these programs:

• Amazon Associates — Yard Robot Guide is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
• Impact — including the Mammotion and Segway Navimow affiliate programs.
• ECOVACS affiliate program.
• Beatbot affiliate program.
• Aiper affiliate program.
• FlexOffers — including the Yarbo affiliate program.
• CJ Affiliate — including the Worx program.

Review independence

Commissions don't buy good reviews here. When a product has real problems — and plenty of these robots do — we say so. If that ever changes, stop trusting us.
