Mammotion Luba 3 AWD 10000 / 10000H: The Top of the Line

The 10000 is Mammotion's biggest Luba: rated for roughly two and a half acres, with a longer-range LiDAR and the full Tri-Fusion navigation stack. It's also the model with a genuine pricing mystery in the US — so read the price section before you budget anything.

Full disclosure: we haven't lived with this one — this page is built from manufacturer specs, dealer information, and reports from owners who have. The model we own and run on our own yard is the Luba 3 AWD 1500 — same platform, same app, same strengths and annoyances, documented there in detail.

The price: what we couldn't verify

We are not publishing a US price for the 10000, because we couldn't verify one. When we checked in October 2026, Mammotion's US store listed the 1500, 3000, and 5000 — the 10000 wasn't in the US variant list. The model is real and on sale elsewhere (UK dealers list it at £4,099; it's also sold in Australia and New Zealand, where — unlike the US — it ships with a physical RTK reference station in the box). Pricing varies by region. If you're US-based and want one, check Mammotion's US store for current availability and pricing, and be suspicious of any roundup that quotes you a confident US number — we couldn't find a solid one either.

What it is

Underneath, the 10000 is the same machine as the 5000: same 15 Ah (324 Wh — watt-hours) battery, same 2 × 165 W cutting motors, same twin 15.7-inch discs, same 41 lb body. The upgrades are about seeing farther and managing more ground:

Reality check on that acreage: per-charge coverage is up to ~2,000 m² — same as the 5000. "2.47 acres" means the mower works the property across a schedule of runs and recharges over days, which is how every robot handles big ground. It also means the 10000's advantage over the 5000 is mapping range and zone management for genuinely large properties, not raw speed.

The S vs. H decision (read before ordering)

Like every Luba 3, the 10000 comes in two cut-height flavors at the same price — and this is one of the most important decisions in the purchase, because the range is built into the machine and can't be changed later:

Series ownership notes

The platform verdict from owners and reviewers carries over: excellent striped cut quality, the best slope and rough-terrain ability in the consumer class, LiDAR navigation that works under canopy and in the dark — and the same recurring complaints: a glitchy app with spotty connectivity (an annoyance for monitoring — the mower itself keeps mowing autonomously when the app drops; you just can't watch until it reconnects), small flat obstacles missed, skid-steer scuffing at row ends, edges left for the string trimmer, and wet-grass scheduling. At 10000 scale, connectivity matters more, not less for the positioning layer: NetRTK corrections ride on cellular/Wi-Fi, and a 2.5-acre property is exactly where dead zones live. The LiDAR layer is the safety net — the mower keeps navigating on it when corrections drop.

Pros

  • The largest coverage rating in the Luba line (~2.47 acres)
  • Longer-range LiDAR (~100 m) for big properties
  • Tri-Fusion navigation — no base station in standard operation
  • Same proven cut quality, slope ability, and 3-year warranty as the line
  • NetRTK corrections free for the mower's life

Cons

  • US pricing/availability unclear — not listed on Mammotion's US store when we checked
  • Per-charge coverage is the same as the 5000's — big acreage means days of scheduled runs
  • The series-wide app complaints (glitches, disconnects) — monitoring only; mowing unaffected
  • S vs. H cut-height choice is permanent at purchase
  • Small flat obstacles missed; turn scuffing; edges still need trimming

Who should buy it: owners of 1.25–2.5 acre properties — especially wooded or sloped ones — who want the Luba formula at maximum scale and can source one through a channel that actually stocks it. Everyone else in this size class should also price the Navimow X450 (1.5 acres, $2,999) and, for multi-acre estates in snowy country, the Yarbo platform.

Who should skip it: anyone under 1.25 acres (the 5000 is the same hardware underneath for $3,299, verified); anyone who needs a firm US price and ship date today; and anyone whose "2.5 acres" is mostly flat and open — satellite-first rivals cover open ground for less.
